Accessible Solutions provides home accessibility modification services, durable medical equipment, and related consultation services in Delaware and South New Jersey. All services are subject to a signed contract or work order between you and Accessible Solutions prior to work beginning.

Free Assessments

Home assessments offered by Accessible Solutions are provided at no cost and with no obligation. A free assessment does not constitute a contract for services. You are under no obligation to proceed with any recommended modifications.

Estimates and Pricing

All project estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation.

Insurance and Medicaid

Accessible Solutions assists with insurance verification, Medicaid prior authorizations, and VA grant applications as a courtesy service. We do not guarantee approval of any insurance claim, Medicaid authorization, or grant application. Coverage decisions are made solely by the applicable insurance provider, managed care organization, or government agency.

Warranty

Accessible Solutions provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and equipment. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your project contract.

Limitation of Liability

Accessible Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
